1. Electric Bicycles, Scooters, and Electric Motorcycles – Final Sale Policy

Due to the high costs and logistical complexities associated with shipping, handling, and transportation, all sales of electric bicycles, electric scooters, and electric motorcycles are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly research our products before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding size, features, or performance, please contact our expert team at infoca@e-rido.com before placing your order. We are here to help you make the right choice.


2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Electric Vehicles

Although vehicle sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products and will assist you in resolving any issues.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will assist you in filing a claim and arranging replacement parts if necessary.

Manufacturing Defects (Warranty Claims)

If you believe your electric bicycle, scooter, or motorcycle has a manufacturing defect, it is covered under our manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details. We will provide replacement parts and technical support to resolve the issue.


3. Parts and Accessories Returns

We accept returns for parts and accessories within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • All electric bicycles, scooters, and motorcycles

  • Used items

  • Batteries

  • Special order items

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items

  • Gift cards


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us immediately at 626-680-2335.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. A processing fee may apply to cancellations.


6. How to Initiate a Return (Eligible Items Only)

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email infoca@e-rido.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 – Receive Instructions

We will provide return authorization and the return shipping address.

Step 3 – Ship the Item

Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

2.Limited Warranty

E-Rido provides a limited warranty for the core components of your new electric scooter, electric bicycle, or electric motorcycle for a period of [X] months. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and is non-transferable.

Note: “[X]” refers to the final warranty period you determine, such as “6 months” or “1 year.”

What This Limited Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the following two (2) core components only:

  1. Motor

    Covers functional failures and defects caused by manufacturing issues.

  2. Battery

    Covers performance-related defects, such as the inability to hold a charge under normal usage conditions.

If a defect in a covered component is found during the warranty period, E-Rido will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement part.

3. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions)

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from external causes, misuse, or conditions beyond normal intended use. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

All Other Components:

Any parts other than the motor and battery are not covered. This includes, but is not limited to, controllers, brakes, tires, inner tubes, wiring, lights, display screens, handlebars, chains, spokes, and all other accessories or wearable parts.

Normal Wear and Tear:

Gradual deterioration resulting from normal use, including tire wear, brake pad wear, cosmetic scratches, paint fading, or surface corrosion.

Improper Use or Maintenance:

Damage caused by commercial or rental use, stunt riding, water damage, failure to follow assembly or maintenance instructions, neglect, abuse, or operator error.

Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs:

Any disassembly, customization, modification, or repair performed by anyone other than an authorized E-Rido Ebike representative.

Accidents or External Damage:

Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, traffic incidents, product drops, or impact with other objects.

Environmental Conditions:

Damage caused by extreme heat or cold, humidity, electrical surges, fire, flooding, or natural disasters.

E-Rido Ebike reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether any damage or malfunction falls within the scope of this warranty.

Store Pickup Condition

For all in-store pickups, customers must inspect the product for any cosmetic damage before leaving the premises. Once the product leaves our location, it is deemed accepted in its current condition, and E-Rido Ebike shall not be responsible for cosmetic issues thereafter.

Shipping Damage

Damage occurring during shipping is not considered a warranty issue. However, E-Rido Ebike will assist customers with shipping damage claims provided that:

  1. The damage is reported to E-Rido Ebike within 7 days of delivery.

  2. The customer provides dated photos of the damaged packaging and/or product.

  3. Any visible shipping damage is noted on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing.

 

4.How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with the motor or battery during the warranty period, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Us Immediately

Email our support team at infoca@e-rido.com as soon as the issue is discovered.

2. Provide Required Information

Your email must include all of the following details:

  • Your order number or purchase ID

  • The full name, email address, and shipping address used at the time of purchase

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

  • A detailed written description of the issue

Failure to provide the required information may result in delays or denial of the warranty claim.
